Why Do I Have to Add a Payout Address Before Listing?

If your account became a seller account on or after 24 September 2026 (whether you registered as a seller, switched from a buyer account, or had your account type changed by our team), GuestPostNow asks you to set the payout address your earnings will be paid to (PayPal or Payoneer) before you add your first website. We email a 6-digit code to that address and you enter it on the site. That is the whole step. It takes about a minute.

Why we ask

Each new seller account is tied to its own payout address, and no two of these accounts can share one. That keeps the marketplace honest for the sellers who do the work: an account that is closed for breaking the rules cannot simply reopen under a new name and be paid at the same place.

It is locked

Once verified, the address cannot be edited from your account settings or on a withdrawal request. Every payout goes to it. You can verify both a PayPal and a Payoneer address. PayPal pays out as soon as an order completes. Payoneer payouts unlock a set number of days (currently 60) after your first completed order, because they cannot be reversed, and changing a payout address restarts that wait unless the account is established (first completed order more than 180 days ago and at least 8 completed orders).

If your account is older than that

Accounts that were already selling before 24 September 2026 keep their current addresses. The first time you change a saved PayPal or Payoneer address, the new address is verified by email and locked exactly as above, and from then on both addresses can only be changed through support. Any change also restarts the wait before Payoneer payouts, unless the account is established (first completed order more than 180 days ago and at least 8 completed orders).

If it ever has to change

Open a support ticket from the account and tell us what happened (for example, PayPal limited your account). Include a screenshot from PayPal or Payoneer showing the problem. Support will review it and, once satisfied, reset the lock so you can verify a new address. The old address stays reserved to your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my GuestPostNow login email as my payout address?

Yes, if that email is your PayPal or Payoneer account. We send the code to the address you enter, so it must be a mailbox you can read.

Can I change it myself later?

No. Open a support ticket and support will reset it after checking with you.

Does this apply to my existing account?

Yes if it became a seller account on or after 24 September 2026. An older account is not asked to verify until the first time it changes a payout address. That change is verified by email and locked the same way.

It says the address is already in use. What now?

Any address that has ever been used on another GuestPostNow account — as a login email or a payout address — is refused, even if that account is yours or belongs to your agency. Use a different PayPal or Payoneer address for this account.
