Due to difficulties involved with verification over the Internet, GuestPostNow cannot guarantee that a user is who they claim to be. If you are uncertain about another user's identity, we recommend that you do not engage or transact with such a user.

3.3 Selling on GuestPostNow

By submitting your website to sell guest posts, you state that you:

  • Have the intention and ability to deliver the task
  • Have access to any website which you listed for the sale of guest posts
  • Are willing to complete the task once you ACCEPT an order from a buyer
  • Will describe the item as accurately as possible

3.4 Guest Post Guarantee Policy

Our guest post guarantee policy is as follows:

  • Guest posts priced below $15 are guaranteed to stay online for 6 months from the delivery date.
  • Guest posts priced at $15 or above are guaranteed to stay online for 12 months from the delivery date.

3.5 Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Ensure that articles remain published for the guaranteed period applicable to the price point
  • Be responsible for confirming the article's continued presence online for the stipulated period

3.6 Buying an Item

By clicking on the "Pay Now" button for an item listed on the website, you are stating that:

  • You have the ability and intention to purchase the item for the stated amount
  • You have deposited enough funds in your account
  • You understand the item will be deducted from your balance when you make such a purchase

Before buying an item, you should understand all descriptions of the item as indicated by the seller. If you have questions about an item or the seller, you should ask the seller.

4. FINANCIAL POLICIES

4.1 Deposits and Withdrawals

You may cancel your deposits at any time without giving any reason. To request a withdrawal:

  • Visit the Withdraw Funds section in your Dashboard
  • Select your preferred withdrawal method
  • We will process your withdrawal within 3 days
  • Transaction fees apply to cover service provider charges
  • You must provide accurate account details; we are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts

4.2 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your account balance is not less than the withdrawal limit
  • Your account balance is sufficient to cover the withdrawal amount plus fees

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You have already purchased an item and accessed it
  • You are only eligible for a refund of the available amount in your account balance

4.3 Refund Request Timeline

  • Refund requests must be made within 40 days of the article's publication
  • This aligns with PayPal's dispute resolution timeframe
  • Refunds will not be entertained beyond the 40-day window

4.4 Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are eligible if:

  • An article is removed before the guaranteed period (6 or 12 months, depending on price)
  • The content significantly deviates from what was agreed upon

Refunds are NOT eligible for:

  • External factors beyond the seller's control (website closure, de-indexing after the minimum period)

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

5. PLATFORM RULES AND ENFORCEMENT

5.1 Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors may lead to account suspension or termination:

  1. Harassment of other users
  2. Spamming
  3. Use of foul language
  4. Attempting to bypass platform protocols (exchanging personal contact information to conduct off-platform transactions)

5.2 Monitoring and Enforcement

  • All platform communications are monitored for policy compliance
  • First-time violations receive a warning and temporary suspension
  • Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination
  • Users may appeal suspensions or bans, but the review panel's decision is final
  • We reserve the right to investigate reported policy violations

6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
