“Dog with A Blog Cast” was more than just a TV program for many audiences. It’s a part of their lives. The show started airing on the Disney Channel in the year of 2012, and it was an instant hit with its exceptional concept and wonderful characters. Stan, the dog who could talk and type in a blog, held the James-Jennings family together in pursuit of spreading his dogginess in the web. But what became of the favorite team of actors, after the last episode aired in 2015? In this blog post, we will remember these words and pictures as well and intel the Turner family and its latest news regarding the actors and Stan the dog, and how ‘Dog with a Blog’ is relevant in today’s time.
“Cast Dog with a Blog” was not the ideal family sitcom one was so accustomed to. However, it equally dealt with comedy and drama with a bit of a dog’s disposition making it unique in isolation. The audience was made acquainted with the activities of the newly incorporated James-Jennings family as they attempted to integrate. What really made the show distinct is its talking and writing pet Stan the Dog, a stray that’s never noticed by the parents. Stan’s antics away from home, which he shared on his blog, helped Stan the Dog to add comic relief as well as teach the viewers some valuable lessons.
The series was also uplifting in that it addressed such everyday circumstances in a fairly reasonable way without chasing away the young mid range audience. Each week the storyline addressed different problems, rivalries amongst siblings, challenges that school poses and so on, which were really short lessons to the targeted young audience. Some of the episodes that stood out included ‘Stan of the House’, which is when the family discovers Stan’s secret for the first time, or ‘Stan Talks to Gran,’ about what happens when you’ve kept a secret. There was also ‘Avery B. Jealous,’ which discusses jealousy, jealousy within friendships amongst others. Every storyline was crafted with great humor and heart that, no viewer came out empty headed.
The show was on air for 3 seasons and ended in a two-part finale with the title “Stan’s Secret is Out” that deals with the possibility that Stan’s incredible abilities may be revealed to the world. The franchise is not quite finished yet; fans want to know how their favorite characters end up as well as the actors who played them.
