Quality: Post must be professional, broken down into readable format, honest and

confirmed facts with sources (if part of the article)

-Original content agreement: Articles will be exclusive to our sight (inside fashion design)

for 5 days, after which time it may be reprinted with a link back to the original post on our

website.

What is the point: our goal is to increase traffic and subscribers- so articles should

appeal to our target audience and used to drive views

- Voice and tone: Our tone is informal but professional, upbeat/positive vibe. Style of

writing should be likable/optimistic to give that sense of fun and light- we want to make

fashion feel fun, inspiring and creative

- Word count: Word count is flexible.

-. Format: google doc so its live and can comment

-. Layout: Article should have title that is maximized for SEO. Layout should include plenty

of white space, bullet points, title/SEO in sub-headings, body of article, etc. (IFD will

copy into the website and can tweak the layout, but should be submitted with this layout

done)

-Images and media: provide images to use that are owned by you or proof of copyright

approval. Any image we post provided by author is responsible for that image- if we

receive any copyright infringement fees, they will be billed to the author

Links: you may link to your site/services/social media if appropriate for our audience

and is approved. We are more likely to approve if your product/services align with

fashion industry career, and/or sustainable/ethical practices and services

need to submit the article in google docs format.
